Prince of Tennis fans take note: a new OVA is in the works and will make its Japanese debut on June 22nd.

Called Prince of Tennis: National Championship Semi-Final, the new Viz Media OVA will take up the storyline 3 months after the previous OVA left off.

Prince of Tennis is huge in Japan. Takeshi Konomi's manga has spawned an anime, a half-hour weekly radio show, more than a 100 music CD's, games, movies (including a live-action feature movie adaptation that hit theatres last year) and live-action musicals.

It's likely that this new OVA will eventually come to North American shelves. The Cartoon Network is currently airing Prince of Tennis both on its online broadband service Toonami Jetstream and as part of its Saturday night Toonami line-up. Toonami restarted the series on February 24th.
